Luxury Cattery Boarding Terms

Cattery BoardingOnly cats that have proof of up to date vaccinations can be accommodated for the safety of all our guests.

It is important that all cats should be treated for fleas prior to arrival for their own comfort and wellbeing during their stay however long – if a cat is discovered to have fleas on arrival we will treat the cat with ‘Frontline’ flea treatment at a one off charge of £5.

Medication – we are willing to administer your cat’s tablets but it is on the understanding that it will be given in their food, due to the risk of injury to our staff.  There is no extra charge for this service.

Payment is required upon collection by way of cheque or cash.

We cannot guarantee that your cat will have a balcony suite if requested, but will endeavour to move your cat to a balcony where possible, if you would like us to.
Cats that are dropped off later or collected earlier than planned will still incur charges for the original dates booked if seven days notice has not been given.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if 7 days notice has not been received.

You are most welcome to bring your own ‘home-comforts’ for your cat if desired, i.e. house/bed/blanket/scratch-post/ food/ milk/toys/water-filter etc. We want to ensure that your cat feels as comfortable and safe as possible whilst in our care.

We carry a variety of cat-food including Felix, Whiskers, Go Cat, Purina, Hills Science Plan and James Wellbeloved  and will endeavour to feed your cat what he/she usually eats.  However, many owners prefer to bring their own food/treats or special diet food which is understandable and perfectly acceptable to us, however the prices are the same as above.
